AIIT – Athlefit’s Intensive Interval Trainings

The Zen Athlefit is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of Athletic Fitness eg improving, among other things, muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility. It advocates a perpetually varied mix of aerobic exercise, body weight exercises + body control and balancing.

The workouts based on balance, strength, and endurance, which leads to a more active lifestyle. Workouts are designed to challenge individuals’ physical and mental limits to improve confidence along with physical and mental endurance and toughness. The program and workouts are constantly changing to keep the experience fresh and help you avoid plateaus. The Zen system emphasizes and teaches traditional etiquette, strong moral principles, respect for others, and the promotion of good-will and harmony among all members, society, and all people of the world. The Zen Athlefit’s  focus on the promotion of physical activity and steady-state aerobic exercise, which enhances cardio-respiratory fitness and has some impact on body composition.

The Zen takes us to the “way of life” wherein we must learn to keep our mind focused upon what we are doing, and not let ourselves be mentally distracted. We should also not give in to unreasonable or unjust demands from the people we are dealing with. We must learn to stay on the road to our goals, no matter how tough the going is.
